RingCentral for Teams Desktop Plugin supplies desktop calling functionality for the RingCentral embedded application in Microsoft Teams. It runs in the background and presents controls when users place or receive calls. These controls allow users to answer or ignore incoming calls, mute audio, hold calls and hang up. The plugin works alongside the Teams integration and a RingCentral service account.
