Bean Network Tester simulates impaired network connections on Windows so developers and testers can examine application behavior. It can introduce latency, jitter, packet loss, corruption, duplication, bandwidth limits and connection interruptions. Traffic can be selected by application, IP address or port, and saved profiles and scripted scenarios can be run through its graphical interface or command line.
