Foliole is an incremental reading application that turns reading material into excerpts and review items. It uses FSRS scheduling and supports Markdown, PDF, EPUB, mathematical notation, and code blocks. Materials are kept locally in a SQLite database, with Markdown mirroring and local-network synchronisation options. Its optional Foliole Aide assistant allows AI models to work with the user’s materials.
