KBIntake imports files and folders into local knowledge-base vaults from PowerShell or the Windows Explorer context menu. It records import jobs and file manifests in SQLite, detects duplicates, and handles filename conflicts. Templates and routing rules can choose destinations and add Markdown metadata. It also supports directory watching, terminal settings, and integration with Obsidian vaults.
