Diktuokle is a push-to-talk dictation tool for Windows supporting Lithuanian, Russian and English. The user holds a key, speaks, and the recognised text is typed into whichever program has the cursor. Speech recognition runs locally on the computer, so audio and text are not sent elsewhere. Language models are downloaded on first launch.
