WINFAP estimates peak flows and flood frequency curves for gauged and ungauged catchments using Flood Estimation Handbook statistical methods. It analyzes annual maximum and peaks-over-threshold records and can construct pooling groups of comparable gauged sites. Catchment descriptors and peak-flow datasets support the analysis, with graphical results and data auditing features.
