MyTraL is a personal training log for recording and analyzing athletic activities. It imports workout records from files and supported services and presents calendars, charts, training statistics, and personal records. Users can track equipment, goals, and health-related observations alongside their workouts while keeping records on their own computer. An additional AI coaching feature connects language-model providers to contextual training conversations.
