ADInstruments Telegraph is a software extension for the LabChart data acquisition platform used in electrophysiology experiments. It reads the gain-telegraph signal from compatible electrophysiological amplifiers and automatically updates the amplifier gain settings in LabChart. This allows the recorded signal to remain correctly scaled when the amplifier gain changes during an experiment. The module helps maintain accurate data display and recording without requiring manual adjustment of recording parameters.
